SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

Our Sustainability Report includes information relevant to the company’s stakeholders and aims to provide visibility into the policies, values, practices, codes, and management system structures adopted in its operations, thereby reinforcing our commitment to Social Responsibility. Every two years, a new report is issued containing a comprehensive analysis of performance indicators in pursuit of sustainable development.

VISION

We believe that Sustainability is the continuous creation of value, prioritizing the balance between the economic, social, and environmental spheres.

At ENESA, delivering services of the highest quality is only possible when accompanied by environmentally responsible operations, since the environment provides the resources we use and serves as the setting for our activities. Therefore, in order to maintain the quality standard of our services and ensure the continuity of activities within our sector, it is essential that we pursue environmental preservation. For this reason, before activities begin, the affected environmental aspects are identified, as well as the related significant environmental impacts.

COMMITMENTS

We prioritize our corporate governance processes, which are essential for guiding the company’s strategy and direction in accordance with its Vision, Mission, and Values.

ENESA has established, within its corporate governance structure, a specific department dedicated to matters related to Quality, Health, Environment, Safety, and Social Responsibility the Integrated Management System (IMS) Department. Its responsibility is to apply and implement all requirements established by national and international management system standards and applicable legislation, as well as to develop its own internal management systems, seeking to promote their continuous improvement and, consequently, the continuous improvement of the company’s social and environmental performance.

POLICIES AND OBJECTIVES

ENESA has established an Integrated Management System (IMS) in order to ensure the appropriate structure for achieving its objectives related to Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility.

To fulfill our strategic direction, comply with legal requirements and the demands of our stakeholders, as well as promote sustainability in our activities, we rely on an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Social Responsibility (referred to as IMS), which includes policies and objectives to be achieved. In 2023, we conducted a new review of the IMS Policy in order to incorporate feedback received over recent years and consolidate changes.

STAKEHOLDERS

At ENESA, we understand stakeholders to be any individual or group that has an interest in any decisions or activities defined or carried out by the company. We recognize as stakeholders our internal employees, clients, suppliers, service providers, the community, labor unions, and shareholders.

We have developed a methodology to map the interests of our stakeholders that may be affected by our decisions and to establish a plan to promote greater engagement in Social Responsibility management, ensuring that our practices achieve the greatest possible scope and impact. Therefore, ENESA is committed to disseminating these practices among its stakeholders, seeking their engagement through partnerships and participation. In this way, the practices achieve better results, and ENESA has the opportunity to demonstrate its concern and ethical commitment toward promoting citizenship, fostering sustainable development, and ensuring transparency in its activities.

SUSTAINABLE INITIATIVES

At ENESA, we understand stakeholders to be any individual or group that has an interest in any decisions or activities defined or carried out by the company. We recognize as stakeholders our internal employees, clients, suppliers, service providers, the community, labor unions, and shareholders.

ENESA organizes and promotes social campaigns, in partnership with the local communities where its projects are carried out, to foster greater integration and encourage social initiatives, thereby providing benefits that contribute to the social and, potentially, economic development of the community.

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

As a signatory of the UN Global Compact, ENESA bases the structuring of its sustainability actions on the guidelines proposed by the Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals, available for consultation in the “SDG Compass” material.

Defined by the United Nations (UN), the 17 Sustainable Development Goals aim to promote shared prosperity and well-being for all by 2030. Each SDG prioritizes an issue such as climate change, quality education, poverty eradication, among others.

In this context, efforts were made to raise awareness and educate ENESA employees about the SDGs through an online training program, divided into two stages, with assessment questionnaires in each.

Throughout 2024 and 2025, ENESA expanded its focus from 11 to all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), demonstrating the evolution of its sustainability practices and the strengthening of alignment between operational excellence, environmental and social responsibility, and corporate governance.
