ANDRITZ – CERRADO PROJECT – WHITE LIQUOR PLANT + GASIFICATION

The WLP Plant is responsible for regenerating the White Liquor, the reagent responsible for separating Cellulose from Lignin (Black Liquor) in the digester. The storage tanks store the green liquor from the Recovery Boiler, where it will later be filtered and concentrated and finally transferred to the Rotary Furnace (responsible for liquor regeneration).

The Gasification Plant is responsible for the production of gases from the Dry Biomass generated in the digester and dried in the Dryers. These gases feed the Lime Rotary Kiln.

For these scopes, ENESA was contracted to assemble all the equipment, structures, piping, power packs.
